In honour of my trip back to Tanzania, I've decided to do portraits of some of the most influential people in my life. The extended family back home are some of the most intense, passionate and proudest people I've ever had the pleasure of spending time with. Tanzania itself is a jewel of a nation, I couldn't do it justice trying to describe the culture in a few words. But, all I can say is, the first thought that came to mind, when I first saw it (after all the years in Canada)... "God lives here".
